Daina Lois House was born on December 30, 1954, in Dallas, Texas. Standing 5′7″, she first gained national attention when she was chosen as Playboy magazine’s Playmate of the Month for January 1976, with her centerfold photographed by Ken Marcus. Sometimes credited as Dana House, she quickly transitioned into acting, appearing in films and television throughout the late 1970s and 1980s. Her credits include The Winds of Autumn (1976), The Fall Guy (1981), The New Mike Hammer (1984), and guest spots on shows like The Dukes of Hazzard and Jake and the Fatman.
Beyond Hollywood, Daina’s life took a transformative turn. She became deeply involved in ministry, eventually serving as a licensed Foursquare minister and Women’s Ministry Leader at The Church on the Way in CA.
